Doug probably didn't remember me but we shared the same dorm our first year at U.V.A. I remember spending time with him and every September 11th I think about him. I proposed to my wife in June of 2000 on the top floor of the World Trade Center. Doug and I weren't the closest of friends we were merely acquaintances. But hopefully my remembrance of him each year means that his memory will never die. We miss you Doug!

I remember Doug from karate classes as a kid and from high school. He was a year ahead of me. I think of him around this time every year and am glad others do as well. He has touched more lives than most people realize and his memory will live on. My thoughts and prayers go out to Doug s family and friends today and always.

God bless you Doug. I know you're in a better place and that you will never have to suffer anymore. We miss you more than you know and wish we still had you here. Love You Cuz.
