In Loving Memory Flag (Rostrenen)

Description: The 'In Loving Memory Flag' was created by flag designer Mme Sophie Rault.

More Information: Symbolism is found throughout the design of the flag. The blue Canton holds 11 stars in all. Five in the shape of the Pentagon and six in two groupings of three representing the Twin Towers. The Field is made up of 11 stripes formed from red hearts and white space. Three of the rows have 9 hearts and three of the rows have 11 hearts. The open space in the lower right represents the missing Twin Towers.
