Description: The Mahoning Valley 9/11 Memorial Gazebo in Austintown is approximately 27 feet in diameter and has an engraved paver-brick sidewalk and several park benches leading up to it. The Austintown Beautification Committee, who is responsible for the memorial, has acquired a 7” x 7” piece of The World Trade Center which has been encased in a granite stone, 7 feet in height, and in the shape of the World Trade Center Towers. They also have dirt from flight 93, as well as a pound of rocks from the pentagon.
